Workshop Controller

Location: Hemming Chichester

Description:
We require a highly motivated individual with an excellent technical base to undertake workshop and quality control. You must have exceptional customer service, communication and man management skills.

You will be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through our workshop, liaising with service advisors and maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction. You should be comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a highly successful team.

You must be able to work to a high level of quality and productivity. Experience in a main dealer environment is essential, Renault as preference.
